Uwee hee hee hee! Welcome, editors, to the Dragon's Neck Colosseum! My name is Ultros the receptionist, and each week I'm taking bets as to who will win in a tussle between two characters from the Final Fantasy series! The winner gets, well, nothing. It's more of a poll, really. The Colosseum owner stuck me on this duty after Kefka was defeated, but I need the money! So what are you waiting for? Get voting! Remember, you can remain anonymous! If you have any requests for future fights, please feel free to leave a message here.

Fight 172: YRP v. SHM
Fight 171: Kefka v. Ultimecia
WINNER! Kefka43 to |
Do you like your villains to be crazy or brilliantly calculating? Do you like them to manipulate time and space or is taking madness to a new level simply enough? Do you like your evil ever-present, or completely unapparent until the last 15 minutes of the final CD? Oh the choices! | WINNER! Kefka

Side boob, nuff said Peanut GalleryThe only character besides Vivi that seems to be on par with Sephiroth in popularity vs. A character most people hate for some reason from a game most people hate for some reason, the one sidedness is gonna be painful. Rakanadyo 04:31, March 31, 2011 (UTC) After all these years people are STILL accusing Ultimecia of showing up out of nowhere at the very end? Really? Seems a lot of people didn't pay ANY attention at all during the game or stopped playing after Disc one. Maybe she should have cooked more crack cocaine and kicked some more kittens to get people to stop hating on her. Next people are gonna start whining that Kuja's ridiculously buff body and rippling muscles are too grotesque and unrealistic.AnonyMan 01:01, April 5, 2011 (UTC)
@Mynameissora Yes. I am full of cynical comments. Also, @AnonyMan "Besides if Ulti could actually travel herself Time Compression would have already happened." Yeah that's kind of what I meant. --Gunji 09:48, April 18, 2011 (UTC) I can't believe only ONE person voted Ultimecia because of boobs.Mynameissora 10:56, April 5, 2011 (UTC)
I realy like Kefka from ff6 (evil and mad), but I don't like him from Dissidia (to much silly, not enough sinister). I kinda like Ultimecia from ff8 (who/where?), and I realy like her from dissidia (regal). Both are mages. Kefka dresses/fights silly/ugly, Ultimecia dresses/fights cool. Both wants to become gods, but kefka clearly has a better way about it. Hard to say who comes closest tho. Too hard for me to decide. The Rood Inverse 13:16, April 6, 2011 (UTC)
Yeah giving credit where credit is due. Yeah Ultimecia is awesome. Takes control of people from thousands of years in the future. Sets a world in the almost civil war like atmosphere and compresses time to where you could visit your self while you where ten and then see you future and what your future could have been if events changed in less then a 10 mile walk. Thats some epic stuff. Yeah I saw her influence through out the entire game but you didn't really understand this was happening until your on the 3 third disc disk which blows. I like to at least to know who the true villain is at least by the second disc. all the other final fantasies have spoiled me so. Im not dogging on FFVII either I love that game , its my favorite of the series thus far. But Kefka That's is one clown you don't mess with he destroyed many cities before you even had a chance to really gain any true power in the game and all your think is holy crap how am i suppose to defeat this guy. They delayed this game being sent to america due to its difficulty. The japanese deemed this the hardest rpg to beat at the time. By the time you get powerful enough to beat he turn into a god. Which make you characters seem a little lacking. Also Ultimecia in FFVIII had a speech impediment... what kinda super villain has a speech impediment. I dislike that they changed this about in Dissidia --Gainsboroughsephiroth 16:30, April 13, 2011 (UTC)

Peanut GalleryI can't decide. Both are awesome in their own ways... On the one hand, I liked Freya's love story and her character development, although she was not exactly the best in battle and her appearance was a little disappointing (Burmecians are half rats, half humans... not cool). On the other hand, Fang was really cool both in personality and appearance, but with XIII I felt that every character had a poor development (except Sazh, or whatever it is spelled). Now, I know, Fang's role in the ending is awesome and all. I don't know, I think I would vote for her if there wasn't the fact that she's so hot (which will make her win, probably). Good fight though, much better that some other ones I've seen around here. Crimson Jealous 16:09, March 9, 2011 (UTC) @TA Fang jumps if you use her full ATB skill: Highwind... Judge Magister Pyarox 23:17, March 9, 2011 (UTC) This seems rather familiar, once again. TheBlueDragoon 02:52, March 10, 2011 (UTC) So what if Fang is lesbian? (and there's not any evidence about it...). Are you homophobics or what? That should not be a reason to vote against her. Crimson Jealous 13:53, March 10, 2011 (UTC)
I want to know how many people actually played XIII. Be honest. SquallRocks 21:59, March 13, 2011 (UTC)
I dont really see why its hated this much, the stages were linear but i didnt mind it still scores high in my top 12 (number 4)) Judge Magister Pyarox 22:18, March 14, 2011 (UTC)
I'm glad to see my favorite character is standing up well against an insanely more well-known one. Fanart anyone? :] BfD t/c 23:36, March 21, 2011 (UTC) Of course Freya will win!! just look at there pictures, Freya has shadow and Fang is not!! I'm holding a memorial service for the DNC. Everyone is invited. And check this out. TheBlueDragoon 22:50, March 27, 2011 (UTC) |

I can't decide! Unlike my cynical comrades I like them too much to play favorites. If this were FF1 vs FF3 I'd choose 1 and be done with it. One fights a fallen knight and the other fights a nudist with a tentacle fetish. So that clenches it for 3. At this point, call it a draw and be done with it!
Ya know, if you give me about 5 minutes, I could do a Warrior of Light vs Onion Knight battle in Dissidia and post the results on Youtube. Seriously, easiest way to determine the winner here. --Nahara 03:00, February 28, 2011 (UTC) Wow, I'm surprised how many people still vote here. If you want OTHER fights, You know where to go. Week 167: Ragnarok v. Celsius
WINNER! Ragnarok More to less |
Two bright red things that fly by no clearly identifiable source of power, not even those tiny propellers that clearly could not create the lift to carry the bulk of the engine, let alone the ship to which it is attached. I'm going to guess this is a fight dealing with thing-to-thing weapons. | WINNER! Ragnarok More to less

Peanut GalleryFirst vote for Celsius. Somebody obviously don't see the difference between FFX and X-2, or in this case- Fahrenheit and Celsius. SquallisbetterthanCloud 12:50, February 11, 2011 (UTC) Bad landslide here. TheBlueDragoon 00:15, February 15, 2011 (UTC)
