Peanut Gallery[]Credit for the fanart goes to shima chiyo and roman-ranman. Seeing a lot of votes for Faris under the rationale that "this is her last LMS fight; let's make it count" for some reason. (Sceada, Selkie, E&T, and Rosenarm all being in that camp.) Lol at the Gilgamesh shout-out, but as for E&T...what is it with you and all your chess references? 184.5.189.204 23:32, March 18, 2013 (UTC)
Random "REPUBLICAN CAR!" reference for the WTF/loll. Very nice arts by the way. Although, I think Faris' posing is a little too... uh, hmm, timid for her. But what do I know, not like I can draw like that. AnonyMan (talk) 02:34, March 19, 2013 (UTC) I seem to remember someone saying Faris vs Garnet was a bad idea **stares at DSS in a humorously threatening way which looks comical to anyone watching** --Pzykosiz (talk) 09:35, March 20, 2013 (UTC) |
Week 239: Barret v. Laguna[]
VICTOR Laguna 16 to 22½ |
Elders of their respective games' main protagonist, these two gunners have personalities and mannerisms that are somewhat unorthodox for the world in which they live. Their adopted daughters have them wrapped around their respective fingers, and they would do anything to keep them safe. Also, both of them have pierced their left ear. Truly, the similarities are remarkable. |

Peanut Gallery[]Silverangel123, you need to sign and timestamp properly to have your vote counted, we can tell when you're not using the wiki's inbuilt timestamp. The fact that the time you gave was 2 hours off from the correct UTC time at the time of your edit (11:39, not 9:38) was a dead giveaway. The instructions on how to vote, including the correct syntax for signing, are in the rules at the top of the page. -- Some Color Mage ~ (Talk) 11:54, March 4, 2013 (UTC) Sorry, I forgot about UTC at the time. Would this be the correct time stamp? UTC is 0, right? Silverangel123 12:17, March 4, 2013 (UTC

Week 237: Marche Radiuju v. Luso Clemens[]
VICTOR Luso 13½ to 10½ |
Unlike their predecessor Ramza, both Marche and Luso both lived in a modern Ivalice before a hungry grimoire ate them up, granted them a giant glass pizza cutter, and deposited them in an alternate Ivalice where they could have all the fantastical adventures they could imagine. @Ffgames - You've never played Dissidia and calling Faris a meh character? Garland didn't even develop a personality until Dissidia. - +DeadlySlashSword+ 19:25, February 19, 2013 (UTC)

Peanut Gallery[]One could even say that this is a happy wreath fight, but it's probably better that one doesn't. ScatheMote 18:23, February 10, 2013 (UTC) Scathe, I refuse to vote until you correct the grievous freudian implications in the current fight organization. Why is the FF9 Garland "the other Garland", why isn't the FF1 Garland "the other Garland", when the Dissidia render of Garland is used and in fact he would not be nearly so popular if not for Dissidia, therefore if any Garland is "the other Garland" it is not the FF9 Garland, it's the other Garland. For that matter to avoid all bias, the phrase "the other Garland" should be avoided all together, "other" implies a lesser, secondary Garland. It would be far more humorous and much less biased to simply say "Votes for Garland" for both. Thank you. Doreiku Kuroofangu 22:33, February 10, 2013 (UTC)
Not voting, I demand representation of the third Garland. -- Some Color Mage ~ (Talk) 02:59, February 11, 2013 (UTC) OK, seriously, I want to prod people to read the rules, as four people have had their votes removed for not signing correctly in less than two days. One of these people, who shall remain nameless, has not figured out in nearly three years how to sign properly, which is just ridiculous and wants to make me start a wiki pro-literacy campaign. -- Some Color Mage ~ (Talk) 09:01, February 12, 2013 (UTC)
I always thought that both Garlands were one and the same, only in different periods of time. I think that this information is on the FF Compendium, but I am not sure. JC Holy Knight 00:29, February 17, 2012 (UTC)

@Jim: Blame Yuan for teaching me (and Otherarrow) the Australian definition of the word in the first place :p C A T U S E 05:01, February 5, 2013 (UTC)
@MSS - Please. With this week and last week combined, there were only a total of two anti-Prishe rationales, and only then it was because they've never played XI, not because of the dislike of the character herself. If there was any massive number of hate-based votes, we'd do something about it, rest assured. - +DeadlySlashSword+ 22:43, February 9, 2013 (UTC)

Peanut Gallery[]I am a bad Jimcloud. :( Jimcloud 01:26, January 29, 2013 (UTC) This is a point discussed during Kuja's LMS run, but for those who only know Prishe from D012; her character is extremely flanderized and exaggerated (as are the rest of the characters) for the purpose of that game. Watch some Chains of Promathia vids on yt and see a marked difference. I almost feel the need to distinguish D012 characters as not the same characters as the ones they're derived from. - +DeadlySlashSword+ 00:46, January 30, 2013 (UTC)

Hey, what the hell is with the Anonymous section of the "Votes for Mog" column? Why didn't my vote show up when I added it there? And mine wasn't the only one, either - there was at least two more votes present on the "Editing" page when I went to add mine, but on the actual DNC page, the Anonymous "Votes for Mog" section is entirely absent.
