Fina, alongside Rain and Lasswell appears in a Brave Frontier collaboration event as an limited-time unit available from October 25 to November 8 2016 in the Japanese version. In the Global version, she could be summoned from November 9 to December 7; her artwork shows her using a bow from the Brave Frontier character Mila, instead of Reincarnation.

Fina appeared as an obtainable character in the Star Ocean Anamnesis collaboration event. Her role was Healer. She was voiced by in Japanese by Fujita Akane and in English by Shin-Fei Chen. She was illustrated by Naora Yusuke.

Her talents were Innocent Shot which recovered Ally AP after using Aim or Bright Shower to herself, White Mage which nullified HP Decrease Fields to herself & all close-range weapon allies, Honest Wish which shortened Symbology Cast Time by 60% and avoided flinch during casting to herself and Dignified Purity which granted AP Recovery during Normal Attacks +100% to herself.

Her known skills were Curaja, Cheer, Aim, Bright Shower and her rush combo was Heaven's Judgment which grants HP 70% Heal & Critical Rate +30% to all allies for 20 seconds.
