Wutai Colonel is an upgrade to the Wutai War Chief, and possesses the Stop-inducing attack, Anesthetic Missile, as well as the Heart Stopper attack, which can inflict massive damage. Otherwise, they can be fought in the same manner as the other Wutai enemies, either by continuously attacking and timing rolls when necessary, or by exploiting their low Spirit stat with magic.
