The Unei's Clone, also known as the Unne Cln., is an enemy from Final Fantasy III. It can be found in the Ancients' Maze. Unlike Unei, it only attacks once per turn. In the NES version, it is randomly summoned by Greater Demons in the same dungeon. In all other versions, it appears alone. It will attempt to escape from battle if the party's levels are at least 50.

Etymology[]
In biology, cloning refers to the natural or artificial process of producing similar populations of genetically identical individuals. The term is derived from the Ancient Greek word κλών klōn, "twig", referring to the process whereby a new plant can be created from a twig.
More generally, the word "clone" means a duplicate or copy of something.
