The Final Fantasy 20th Anniversary Ultimania (ファイナルファンタジー20th アニバーサリー アルティマニア, Fainaru Fantajī Tuentīsu Anibāsarī Arutimania?) is a series of books covering aspects of the main Final Fantasy games released in commemoration of the series's 20th Anniversary in 2008. The books are Ultimania edited by Studio BentStuff and published by Square Enix on the SE-Mook imprint. The three volumes (referred to as "Files") were released separately and cover the games in three aspects: Character, Scenario, and Battle. Each book covers the main series from Final Fantasy through to Final Fantasy XII, and also Final Fantasy X-2. Although other books do exist, these are the only Ultimania that cover the scenario and gameplay of the first six titles.

The books were released between January 31, 2008 and June 19, 2008. The trilogy was released as an e-book on February 1, 2018.

The books dedicate fifty or so pages to each game (although it tends to be fewer for earlier titles). In between chapters are "Ultimania Check" features which primarily investigate aspects of the book's theme over the games. The back of each book contains an interview.

A following trilogy of Ultimania released for the 25th Anniversary, the Final Fantasy 25th Anniversary Ultimania (later published in English as the Final Fantasy Ultimania Archive), that focused more on being artbooks.
