Spencer is an enemy in Final Fantasy VII fought on the world map in the Gold Saucer Area. It is also fought in the opening round of the Battle Square during the time Tiny Bronco is available; when fought here, its stats are enhanced with double the regular HP and its Attack and Magic Attack are increased by 25%.

Spencers have low HP and weak physical attacks, and so they are not a threat to the player. Two castings of Matra Magic can defeat a full group of them, and Saraha Nuts, used in chocobo breeding, can be obtained from them. Two Spencers will sometimes appear with a "Good" chocobo if the encounter takes place on the tracks on the Golden Saucer Area with "Chocobo Lure" Materia equipped to one of the player characters.
