Fabio hated Shinra with every fiber of his being. Everyone had heard the rumor that the Sector Seven collapse was an inside job, planned and executed by the Shinra Company. Fabio was one of the few people I knew who took it as the gospel truth.

Fabio Braun is a member of Mireille Detective Services and the older brother of the geostigma-afflicted Bits Braun. Fabio debuted in Final Fantasy VII The Kids Are Alright: A Turks Side Story.
History[]
Fabio Braun was a resident of Sector 7 alongside his parents and younger brother Bits Braun. Their parents died in the Sector 7 plate collapse while the brothers were visiting a garden in Sector 3. Fabio blamed Shinra for his parents' deaths. After Meteorfall, Fabio, alongside Evan Townshend, Leslie Kyle, and Kyrie Canaan, formed Mireille Detective Services. He, Bits, and Evan relocated to Doyleville in Edge.
Bits developed geostigma and experienced bouts of severe pain. Fabio teamed up with Keough to steal developmental medicine from the Turks. They were successful, but the Turks traced Fabio back to Doyleville. Elena injured Fabio but, seeing that he was Bits' sole guardian, did not break any bones. She left them with the stolen medicine. Fabio then joined Keough and Doyle in freeing Thropp, who had helped orchestrate the theft, from the Turks. Kyrie and Evan assisted in their escape.
When Fabio brought Bits to Dr. Drake, the doctor informed him that Evan needed an important surgery. Since Evan was away from town, Fabio and Keough attempted to steal a helicopter from the Turks so that they could find him. They tossed a stick of dynamite at Rude, who threw it back. Fabio and Keough died in the resulting blast. Kadaj would later take on Fabio's appearance to trick Evan, though his attempt ultimately failed. With Fabio dead, Evan and Kyrie took in Bits.
Characteristics[]
Fabio is described as small and rotund, with a round face and thick, black-framed glasses. He likes the color green; his clothing and house decor are green, and he originally visited the Sector 3 garden to see its greenery, rather than the flowers. Bits is described as looking very similar to Fabio.
