A species of monocellular organism. Its Cling attack slows down target's ATB gauge.

Final Fantasy VI PlayStation Bestiary entry

The Eukaryote (or Rinn in the SNES version) is an enemy in Final Fantasy VI. Even though the player can fight this enemy, it has no in-game bestiary entry in the GBA and later versions. Its special attack, Cling, inflicts slow, but otherwise it is no threat and can easily be killed with normal attacks. If they attack in groups, Edgar's Auto Crossbow is highly effective to defeat them in one attack.
