The Eruyt Village is a location in Final Fantasy XII. THe Eruyt VIllage is a hidden in the Golmore Jungle and is home to the Viera, a race of magic sensitive people. The Viera are linked to the woods at a very deep level, their architecture demonstrates this. The buildings are built into the trees. Free standing structures have a flow that compliments the tree homes that they live within.
The Viera are not fond of outsiders and tend to treat them with disdain, when they treat with them at all. If a Viera leaves the home village of Eruyt for the outside world, it is a shameful act. If that Viera were to return, they would be treated coldly even by family. Eruyt do not allow commerce to take place within the village, so any travelling merchants must only set up outside of their gates.
To visit the Eruyt Village, it is necessary to find the hidden pathway, which may be all but impossible unless a native is also around to point the right way.
