Template:FFX-2 Enemies
A fiend that relishes inflicting status ailments on foes. Its defenses are as tough as they look. Its sharp claws weaken attributes and inflict Poison and Confuse.

The Epitaph is an enemy from Final Fantasy X-2. They are amongst one of the more deadlier creatures in the game due to their Stone Breath attack, which can cause Petrify on all party members, and by inflicting various statuses through their physical attacks. It is best to take down these enemies quickly with Ice or Holy-elemental attacks, and to bring along anti-Petrifying abilities such as Ribbons to avoid their strongest ability. They can come in twos, or with other monsters as well.
