The Enterprise is a ship awarded to the player by Vikings for appeasing the sea serpent Nepto. Later, it is modified by Cid using the "Wheel of Time" to transform into an airship. The Enterprise can only land in water. It is later shot down over Saronia.

The Enterprise derives its name from the famous American Carrier the USS Enterprise. It is also possible that the airship's name is a reference to Star Trek's spaceship USS Enterprise.
