Enfeeblement ring treasure in the sewers.
There are three enfeeblement rings in the game, one for each party member. Two can be bought from Moggie in the Sector 5 Slums' kids' hideout for 1 moogle medal each in Chapter 14, "In Search of Hope". The last one is in the stash in sewers as part of the "Corneo's Secret Stash" odd job. While following Leslie up a ladder in the Old Trunk Line, a lever appears beside him. Pulling it marks the Corneo stash on the map further back, near where the Abzu shoat who stole Leslie's pendant was chased to. When arriving here, a sahagin prince and two sahagins attack.

When playing as a frog, the player character is weak and can only physically attack and blow bubbles, but some enemies and bosses will struggle to hit the player in this state. The ring is a novelty equipment, suitable perhaps for a challenge run. Another use could be to give it to party members so they will not kill the enemies too fast if the player is trying to steal, learn enemy skills, or fill out the Enemy Intel.
