Behaved like a charge action with a single charge on a 30 second recharge timer, while also activating a 2.4 second GCD.
Inflicted Silence Silence for 2 seconds, preventing the casting of spells.
Silenced enemies would gain Silence Resistance Silence Resistance for 10 seconds once the Silence effect ended, rendering them immune to further Silences.
Patch 5.1 Action type changed to weaponskill.
Now behaves as a normal 1.5 second GCD recast.
No longer inflicts Silence.
