The elementalist calls on spirits of nature to lend her strength.
Description
The Elementalist (Shaman in some translations) job is available to viera in Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift. They equip rapiers and use the elements to damage and inflict status ailments on the foes or heal party members. They can target one foe or party member at time with their magick, with the exception of White Flame. Elementalists' strength is higher than most mage classes, so they will not be heavily weakened when silenced.
The Elementalist has average HP, MP, and Speed, strong Magick, but low Defense and also Resistance, surprisingly. One of the Gifted, Ljda, is an Elementalist who teaches the skill that is named after her, it charms foes both monsters and races, as Ljda's gift is having monsters obey her whims.
