Oh, shut up and help me remodel the Eiko Carol (Opera Omnia) page!
A mirthful and precocious young summoner who is the last survivor of her tribe. After losing her family at a tender age, she quietly lives in the village of Madain Sari until a fateful encounter with Zidane's party inspires her to move on. Only through bonding with Garnet is she finally able to overcome her loneliness.
Description
Eiko is a playable character in Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia who can be recruited during the Lost Chapter The Small Summoner.
Characteristics[]
Appearance[]
Eiko wears a red turtleneck and pink bodysuit, loose yellow pants that gather at the ankles, a yellow chest plate connected to a belt around her waist as part of the ornamental wings she wears on her back, purple socks and white ankle boots.
Her alternate costume is based on the artwork by Yoshitaka Amano.
Personality[]
Story[]
Lost Chapter: The Small Summoner[]
Eiko appears in Domina Wastelands. She is angry with her friends for thinking she was left behind, and is chased by monsters, later implying they tried to eat her. She is relieved to find Zidane and Vivi.
Lost Chapter: Balamb Whiplash[]
As Eiko and the warriors travel along a beach, she and Vivi see Quistis looking out over the sea when they decide to introduce themselves to her. Both of them have heard that she is a teacher, and they ask her if they could go to "school" under her tutelage. She accepts, mentioning that she is reminded of the underclassmen back at Balamb Garden. Sabin, Bartz, and Prishe, who are eavesdropping not too far away, also express a keen interest in studying under Quistis. She mentions that they would be welcome but that the instruction, because oriented towards Vivi and Eiko, would be at an elementary level only.
While running her first class, Quistis quizzes the older students only to find that they do not understand fundamental concepts of battle. Eiko scolds them for holding up the whole class, and then turns around only to notice that Vivi has fallen asleep. Sabin and Bartz take this as an opportunity to leave class early to nap, which leaves Eiko even more frustrated.
Lost Chapter: Inheriting the Past[]
The warriors of light chance upon a flower-filled meadow not long after recruiting Aerith. Eiko and Raijin excitedly go to gather as many as they can hold as Aerith reminds them not to trample the flowers. While they are distracted, a wolf attacks Aerith. Layle and Vaan intervene on her behalf.
Seifer drops by and criticizes Vaan and Layle for needing two people to fight off just a wolf in defense of a lady. He explains that he is a knight, and it is his calling to serve people like Aerith who are tasked with fulfilling their life's mission. Eiko swoons over the notion of having a knight to stand by her. After Seifer leaves the conversation, Aerith tells her that they ought to return to making flower necklaces, and indicates that she would like to make one for Seifer as a thank-you present.

- Eiko was to be paired with Iris for her Force Mode and is Aerith's partner. All three are healing units:
- For Iris, both girls try to act more mature than their age and have a crush on the protagonists of their games. Both are also associated with moogles.
- For Aerith, they both are the last of their tribe, the Cetra and the summoners of Madain Sari respectively.
