The prince of Eblan and a practitioner of ninjutsu who lost his homeland at the hands of Rubicante, leader of Golbez's Archfiends. After failing to exact vengeance, he joins Cecil and his team on their quest. He may be a womanizer with an ego, but he's honest with a strong sense of right and wrong.

Edge is a playable character representing Final Fantasy IV in Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia. He can be recruited during Chapter 3 of the main storyline.

Summoned into the conflict by Materia, this hotheaded and womanizer ninja is recruited by Mog at the Lost Kingdom of Thronus. When Edge meets the party, he fights them, believing they are manikins. After being defeated and learning about the situation, he joins them. He introduces himself as the prince of Eblan, much to Cecil's surprise. He recognizes Cecil by his Dark Knight armor, but he doesn't remember his name at first.

- Edge joins Ashe in the latter's Force Mode:
- Both are noble, specifically a Prince/Princess turned King/Queen by the end of their respective games.
- Both lost their parents to minor antagonists.
- Both act out of misguided vengeance before learning of the true cause of their suffering.
- Edge's Fire Scraf passive is named after the armor of the same name that's won in Final Fantasy IV: The After Years after beating Rubicante for the last time with only Edge. The counter ability from this passive is Edge's Ultimate Band ability, Ultimate Art: Advent of the Phoenix, but since the Eblan Four aren't present in Opera Omnia, they're replaced by four fireballs.
