EXP Up Up materia is a 
Complete Materia in Final Fantasy VII Remake and "Episode INTERmission". When equipped, it doubles the amount of EXP earned by defeating enemies.

An EXP Up materia is obtained by beating the "Three-Person Team vs Team Ragbag" challenge in the Shinra Combat Simulator.
In "Episode INTERmission", EXP Up is the reward for scoring 50,000 points in the Shinra Box Buster minigame in SOLDIER Training course.
Use[]
EXP Up materia doubles the amount of EXP earned, allowing the party to level up faster. This makes it a useful materia to equip on a party member with a spare slot. In hard mode, the party gains quadruple the base EXP yield, as the materia stacks with the double EXP already present in hard mode.
