Duskblade (暗の剣, An no Ken?, lit. Black Sword), also known as Dark Sword, is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series, and is an ability associated with Goffard Gaffgarion.

Activation quote

Duskblade is used by The Thunder God in The Orbonne Monastery. When casting, multiple dark circles will appear on the ground. Each circle requires three people to be standing in them. Once the cast is finished, all players are hit, with the damage scaling on how many circles were inadequately filled.

Duskblade is an ability learned by Gaffgarion at level 36 (4★), Orlandeau at level 58 (5★), and Sword Saint Orlandeau. It costs 7 MP and deals 1 hit of physical damage with a modifier of 100x and MP physical damage with a modifier of 0.3x while draining 30% of that MP from one enemy.
