Druid is an enemy in Final Fantasy V found in the Northwest Underwater Cave. They appear in groups of three, and a lone one accompanies an Ironback.
One of Druid's attacks, Encircle, will remove the target from battle. Dischord will halve the party's levels, Magnet will force party members in the back row to move to the front, and Web will slow down a target. Druids can also cast Image on themselves, which acts similarly to Blink and makes them harder to attack. Druids are susceptible to Level 4 Graviga and Level 2 Old.

Etymology[]
A druid was a member of the educated, professional class among the Celtic peoples of Gaul, Britain, Ireland, and possibly elsewhere during the Iron Age. The Druid class included law-speakers, poets and doctors, among other learned professions, although the best known among the Druids were the spiritual leaders.
