Uses "Sleepel" on all opponents
Description
Dream Powder is a battle item item in Final Fantasy VII that casts Sleepel on all enemies with 80% accuracy. Sleeping units cannot act until awoken although their ATB is not frozen. They are vulnerable to magic damage as it does not wake them, but being hit by a physical attack removes the status.
