List of the passive abilities that can be learned by characters from Final Fantasy VI.

There are two ways of obtaining passive abilities: through Crystal Strength or limit breaking weapons, armors and artifacts.

Debuff: Speed Up Increases speed if there's a enemy debuffed on the battlefield. STR 40 10 CP
Drill: Charge Increases the number of Drill's uses by 1. STR 45 10 CP
Machine Commander Increases attack for self during 2 actions when using an HP attack on a machine-type enemy. STR 50 20 CP

Mechanist's Knack Increases the power and reduces the action delay of Auto Crossbow and grants the buffs "Maximum BRV: Up" and "Speed Up" to self for 4 actions. Mythril Spear (VI)
Royal Spiral Increases the bravery power and reduces the action delay of Drill, increases the duration of the debuff "Defense: Down" to 4 actions if given to an enemy and grants the buff "Attack: Up" to self for 4 actions.
Also, the default Bravery Attack will turn into Bravery Attack+ for 4 actions, which increase its power, reduces the action delay after using it and increases damage dealt to Machine-type enemies.
Partisan (VI)
Int BRV +110 Raises INT BRV by 110. Golden Armor (VI)
Will of Strength and Preservation Raises ATK by 72.
Raises DEF by 84.

Runic Blade Unlocks the ability Runic Blade. STR 20 None
Runic Blade: Attack Up Increases bravery damage dealt when using Runic Blade. STR 25 10 CP
BRV: Rive Celes cannot be bravery broken and will have 1 bravery point left when bravery was over the 50% of the maximum bravery before been broken. STR 30 15 CP
Shining Edge: Charge Increases the number of Shining Edge's uses by 1. STR 35 10 CP
HP Damage: BRV Gain Increases bravery by a small amount when receiving HP damage. STR 40 5 CP
Target: Attack Up Increases bravery damage when self is been targeted by enemies. STR 45 15 CP
General's Pride Increases bravery damage when self is been targeted by enemies.

When own HP is above 50% of the maximum HP, Celes is able to survive a fatal HP attack with 1 HP.

The Sword of Victory Increases the bravery power of Shining Edge, grants the buff "HP Regen" to self for 4 actions and increases the effect and duration of the buff "Maximum BRV: Up" to 4 actions. Crystal Sword [VI]
Sealer of Magic Increases the bravery generated by Runic Blade, grants the buff "Attack: Up Small" to self for 4 actions and transforms the default Bravery Attack into Bravery Attack+ which is now ice elemental and a close range physical attack with increased attack power.
It also extends for 4 actions the buff "Magical BRV Absorption" to self and the debuff "Taunt" to the enemy.
Lightbringer [VI]
