Description
Disorder is an ability for Cloud in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, provided by the 
Rune Blade. Cloud swings his sword at an an enemy and automatically changes between Operator Mode and Punisher Mode.

Disorder is provided by the rune blade, and learned with use. Proficiency bonus is gained for striking with Attack or Strong attack right after switching modes with Disorder.
Use[]
Disorder instantly switches Cloud between Operator Mode and Punisher Mode, cutting the animation time required to switch between them. It also refills Cloud's ATB slightly on use. This can be effective when used if Cloud runs toward an enemy in Operator Mode, hits with Disorder, and instantly follows up with Punisher Mode attacks. When Prime Mode is active, Punisher Mode will be even stronger.
Disorder can also be used effectively with 
Synergy Materia, as it is cheap to use and can trigger it on an ally quickly.
