Diamond Bangle will serve as the strongest buyable armor for the player up until they reach Mideel. While it is a decent armor piece, if the player wishes for stronger armor, they may wish to steal the Adaman Bangle on the beaches of Wutai from the Adamantaimai, which provides nearly double the Defense of the Diamond Bangle at the cost of less Magic Defense and three fewer Materia slots. If the player wishes to level up Materia faster, they may opt for the weaker Rune Armlet.
