An expert mage who uses healing magic to aid her allies. The Devout wields powerful white magic with ease, and though she has little in the way of offensive might, her skills can easily shape the course of battle.

Devout appears as a playable character in Final Fantasy Record Keeper. It is a Core class, unassociated with any specific title.
Overview[]
As with all Core characters, the Devout is a subpar character, with poor stats, limited Soul Breaks, and limited versatility. However, it is quite a bit more useful than most other Core characters, for a simple reason - it has access to Rank 5 in its ability pool of choice, in this case White Magic. The Devout's Mind stat is also respectable, so it can perform well enough as a healer. Against the White Mage, the Devout has overall superior stats, but is unable to reach Level 99, which the White Mage can. Despite this level difference, even a Level 99 White Mage has only barely better stats than a Level 80 Devout, in exchange for a smaller ability pool. While the White Mage may have higher Mind than the Devout, the greater potency of the Rank 5 Ultra Cure, Arise, and Holy, compared to the Rank 4 Curaja, Raise, and Diaga the White Mage has to make due with, means the Devout is still preferable to the White Mage.
