Demoralizing Roar is a Blue Magic spell in Final Fantasy XI learned from Wivres. It weakens the attack power of targets within range for 30 seconds. It costs 4 Blue Magic Points to equip. When set, it grants STR -2 and VIT +3. It takes 5 seconds to cast and can be recast every 20 seconds. If equipped with Acrid Stream or Empty Thrash, it will create the Double Attack job trait.
Demoralizing Roar is also an enemy ability used by the Wivre family.
