Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward[edit | edit source]

Dellemont is responsible for the contest that bears his name, Dellemont d'Or and is the judge of the competition. Once Bismarck is chosen as the competition venue, Dellemont visits the venue and meets the participants. During the contest, Dellemont gives the Warrior of Light a perfect score and declares him as the winner, this being the first ten in the history of the contest and a point above H'mhasi Tia's nine. Dellemont takes a moment to explain his assessments. While H'mhasi Tia's creations were magnificent in themselves, they lacked the spirit of hospitality that defined their dishes.

Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood[edit | edit source]

Dellemont is present at the Bokairo Inn when the Warrior of Light tries to convince chef Shamoji to teach him about making sushi. Shamoji decides to teach the basics only after hearing that Dellemont recognizes the talents of the Warrior of Light.
