Delay (ディレイ, Direi?) is a status effect in Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2. It is a volatile condition that pushes back the target's next turn.

Delay pushes back the target's next turn in the Act List. Aeons controlled by the player are not immune to its effects.
Shiva's ability Heavenly Strike erroneously states that it delays the target's next turn, when it actually inflicts Threaten.
