Dechirer, also known as Bald Money, is an enemy in Final Fantasy V.
It relies on physical attacks, but will sometimes make use of the Vampire spell. A common foe (usually appearing in groups of five), they are affected by Level 5 Death, thus providing an easy source of EXP and ABP.
