Debrave (デプレイ, Deburei?) is a recurring status effect that reduces the target physical attack power. It is opposed by the Bravery status, the two cancelling each other out.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth[]

Debrave reduces a unit's attack power. It is opposed to Bravery, one overwriting the other. It is applied with Debrave Debrave from the Disempowerment Materia Disempowerment Materia, and is cured with Esuna Esuna and Remedy and resisted with Resist and Warding Materia Warding Materia.

Final Fantasy XIII[]

Debrave reduces the afflicted's Strength by 90%. This affects the party's physical full ATB skills: Lightning's Army of One, Sazh's Cold Blood, Snow's Sovereign Fist, and Fang's Highwind. Debrave cannot be inflicted by the player party. It can be cured with Esuna or Dispelga and can be canceled with the Bravery status.

Final Fantasy XIII-2[]

Debrave reduces the afflicted's Strength by 50%. It is inflicted by enemies, but can also be inflicted by a tamed Tezcatlipoca as part of its Feral Link, Raging Torrent.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII[]

Debrave reduces the afflicted's Strength by 67%. Lightning can inflict it with the Debrave and Debravega spells, and if afflicted herself, can heal it with a Remedy or Mega Remedy. It expires on its own after a time.

Fang uses Debrave Hunter on enemies afflicted with Debrave dealing increased damage.

Giant's Vambrace makes Lightning immune to Debrave.

Mobius Final Fantasy[]

Decreases Attack for a certain number of turns.
