Anti-SOLDIER Gaze sets Zack's limit to low. It also uses Flare frequently. Its Eerie Sound Wave reduces Zack's AP. When it is low on HP, it starts using Electrocute, which deals lightning damage; Barrier to defend itself from physical attacks; and Drain to replenish its HP.
Strategy[]
The player can cast Stop on it followed by sword attacks. command materia will work as well, especially Jump.
