DeNA Games (pronounced as the letters "DNA" and formerly known by the Japanese name Mobage) is a Japanese developer of networked social games for mobile devices. The company provides frameworks for publishers to license their content for use in branded games. As collaborators with Square Enix, DeNA's catalogue of games includes entries in the Final Fantasy series.
The company's name is a play on deoxyribonucleic acid, the substance at the core of all biology, and was chosen because mobile gaming was part of the corporate DNA.
