Dark Bow (暗闇の弓矢, Kurayami no Yumiya?), also known as Char Bow, is a recurring bow in the series, usually associated with either the Dark element or with the Blind status. It is often a mid-ranked bow.

Dark Bow is a mid-ranked bow that can inflict Blind upon hitting with it. It is found on the Dreadnought and is bought for 3,000 gil, and provides only 25 Attack.

Final Fantasy V[]

Dark Bow is a mid-ranked bow that provides 40 Attack, 43 Hit Rate, and has a 66% chance to inflict Blind when attacking with it. It can be dropped from Enchanted Fans, and bought in Regole, Quelb, and Castle of Bal for 3,800 gil.

Description

Dark Bow is a high-ranked bow that can be used by all races. It provides 106 attack at level 1 and 143 attack at level 30, adds +25 to Stun, adds +5 to Dark, and has one empty slot. It can be created for 1,130 gil by using Orichalcum x2 and Black Gold x3 (Hard or Very Hard mode). When turned into a jewel, a level 3-9 Dark Bow makes a Dark Stone 2, level 10-19 makes a Will Stone 4, and level 20-30 makes a Dark Stone 5.
