Custom Deliveries

Zhloe's Custom Deliveries list.

Custom Deliveries (お得意様取引, Otokuisama Torihiki?, lit. Customer Transactions), or Customer Transaction on the Japanese interface, are a weekly content for Crafters and Gatherers in Final Fantasy XIV. They consist of players delivering weekly collectables required by NPCs in exchange for gil, crafters or gatherers' scrips, and experience for the equipped discipline. Players can do up to a total of twelve deliveries per week, limited to up to six deliveries per client.

To unlock the Custom Deliveries the player must first have a Disciple of the Hand or Land at level 60 and have completed the Go West, Craftsman quest. Once done the Custom Deliveries are unlocked by completing Arms Wide Open by talking to Geimlona in Idyllshire (X:5.8 Y:7.0).

Undertaking Custom Deliveries

The player can confirm which deliveries are required that week by talking to the client or through the Timers window in the Main Menu. Items fall into three categories: crafted items, gathered items, and fish. For crafted items, players can purchase the materials needed for the recipe from an NPC located near the client. For gathered items and fish the player will need to collect them. When delivering the requested items, the player will receive a reward according to the Collectability of the delivered item.

With each successful delivery, customers will trust you more, raising their satisfaction level. Satisfaction levels are displayed as a gauge at the top of the Custom Deliveries list. When the gauge is filled to the maximum, the customer satisfaction level will increase. Players will receive rewards by increasing the satisfaction level, and will have the opportunity to learn more about their customers.

Remember Khloe? Well, get ready to meet Zhloe—your new best friend (if you want to get your hands on some juicy rewards). Disciples of the Hand/Land will be able to experience new content, accessed by raising the satisfaction of certain NPCs.

The Zhloe's Custom Deliveries were introduced in patch 3.55a along with the Custom Deliveries system. Both are unlocked at the same time by completing the Arms Wide Open. Zhloe is located in Idyllshire (X:4.6 Y:6.7) and to participate in her custom deliveries players need to be on a crafter or gatherer job leveled to 55.

M'naago Rahz

Everyone's favorite officer is looking for a few good adventurers to help her raise money for a good cause. Through regular contributions, Disciples of the Hand and Land will be able to strengthen their ties with M'naago and experience the story of the Resistance Widows and Orphans Fund.

The M'naago's Custom Deliveries are located in Rhalgr's Reach (X:14.6 Y:9.4). To unlock her deliveries, the player must first have completed the Main Scenario Quest Return of the Bull and the Reach Long and Prosper quest. After that, the player can unlock M'naago's Custom Deliveries through None Forgotten, None Forsaken quest by talking to Galiena in Rhalgr's Reach (X:9.8 Y:12.5).

Kurenai

Kurenai has a dream. And to realize that dream, she needs custom deliveries. As a Disciple of the Hand or Land, you may contribute to her ambition to bring change to Sui-no-Sato. And who knows? If you do enough for her cause, she might even let you dress her up...

The Kurenai's Custom Deliveries are located in the Ruby Sea at Tamamizu (X:28.5, Y:15.2). To unlock her custom deliveries, the player must first have M'naago's Custom Deliveries unlocked and have completed The Two Princesses of Sui–no–Sato quest. After that, the player can unlock Kurenai's Custom Deliveries through The Seaweed Is Always Greener quest by talking to Kojin Hireling in Kugane (X:10.1 Y:9.9).

Adkiragh

The mysterious Adkiragh, illustrious proprietor of the Hard Place, has found himself on a proverbial precipice, and only by your custom deliveries can he make his way back from the brink. Those who contribute to his cause will not only earn special rewards, but permission to coordinate his attire besides. Will the visage behind the mask finally be revealed? There is only one way to find out!

The Adkiragh's Custom Deliveries are located in the Idyllshire (X:4.9 Y:6.6). To unlock his custom deliveries, the player must complete the main scenario quest Stormblood and the sidequests Arms Wide Open and Purbol Rain. After that, the player can unlock Adkiragh's Custom Deliveries through Between a Rock and the Hard Place quest by talking to Geimlona in Idyllshire (X:5.8 Y:7.0).

Kai-Shirr

Kai-Shirr has at long last been reunited with his childhood friends in Eulmore, though he finds the city itself undergoing sweeping changes following the fall of Vauthry. In the hope of helping to forge a brighter future for his new home, Kai-Shirr devises a plan to attract visitors to Eulmore, with the Beehive playing a central role. However, in order to cater to the needs of customers from every walk of life, he must seek the aid of none other than the Warrior of Darkness.

The Kai-Shirr's Custom Deliveries are located in the Eulmore at the Beehive (X:12.3, Y:9.9). To unlock his custom deliveries, the player must first complete the Main Scenario Quest Moving Forward and the sidequest The Boutique Always Wins. After that, the player can unlock Kai-Shirr's Custom Deliveries through Oh, Beehive Yourself quest by talking to Kai-Shirr in Eulmore (X:11.7 Y:11.7).

Ehll Tou

Though the people of Ishgard and dragonkind have agreed to a truce, they have yet to fully realize the potential of such an alliance. The dragonling Ehll Tou hopes that by learning the ways of artisans, she and her brethren may contribute to the Ishgardian restoration and strengthen the bonds of trust with their newfound friends.

The Ehll Tou's Custom Deliveries are located in The Firmament (X:14.4, Y:12.6). To unlock her custom deliveries, the player must first complete the quests If Songs Had Wings and Go West, Craftsman. After that, the player can unlock Adkiragh's Custom Deliveries through O Crafter, My Crafter quest by talking to Ehll Tou in The Firmament (X:13.5 Y:11.2).

Charlemend

To unlock his custom deliveries, the player must first complete the quests Smiles Cross the Sky, The Brume Lifts, and Go West, Craftsman. After that, the player can unlock Charlemend's Custom Deliveries through You Can Count on It quest by talking to Francel in The Firmament (X:11.0 Y:14.5).

To unlock her custom deliveries, the player must first complete the main scenario quest Endwalker and the quest Go West, Craftsman. After that, the player can unlock Ameliance's Custom Deliveries through Of Mothers and Merchants quest by talking to Well-dressed Attendant in Old Sharlayan (X:12.6 Y:9.7).

The Anden's Custom Deliveries are located at Longmirror Lake in Il Mheg (x:17, y:34). To unlock his custom deliveries, the player must first complete the Main Scenario Quest Endwalker and the sidequest Go West, Craftsman. After that, the player can unlock Anden's Custom Deliveries through sidequest That's So Anden by talking to Supplicant Sheep in the Crystarium (X:9.3 Y:11.3).
