Cure2 is a restore magic spell in Final Fantasy VII. The spell heals a target's HP. It is granted by the Restore Materia at level two, and is the second-tier curative spell above Cure and below Cure3.

Cure heals in the following formula:
- $ (35 * 22) + [ (Level + Magical Attack) * 6 ] $
where "Level" is the caster's current level and "Magical Attack" is their Magic atk stat.
Cure2 can be used by characters with the Restore Materia at level 2. In early levels, Cure2 is best used sparingly, due to its high MP cost. Instead, it is better to only rely on Cure2 when rescuing the party from dire situations with very low HP, and instead use Cure or healing items. However, at later levels, as the HP and MP of characters increase, Cure2 can be used more frequently.
Cure2 should be amplified by pairing the Restore Materia with All, so that it can heal all allies at once. This is important for rescuing parties from attacks that hit all members. Though Cure2 can be paired with other Support Materia, most are better paired with other Materia that provide attack magic.
In addition to being used for healing, Cure2 can be used to damage undead enemies. It can provide enough damage to wipe out a number of them, but should not be relied upon too heavily due to its MP cost.
