The Crystal Tower is a dungeon located at the Nonary Region of Grymoire in World of Final Fantasy. It is first visited in Chapter 19, "The Other Nine Wood Hills" and is the starting location of Chapter 20, "The Crimson Prophecy's End".

- First Floor
Contains a Gate. There are two Warp Crystals to the right of the Gate that transport the player to the upper floors: the blue one leads to the third, while the red one leads to the seventh. The entrance of the tower leads back out to the Nonary Region.
Four Gimme Golems are found on the descending stairway leading to an amber Warp Crystal that provides access to the Secret Respite.
In the Maxima version, after clearing the Postscript, a purple portal appears that leads to a new location where the player can fight The Immortal Dark Dragon.
- Second Floor
- Third Floor
Contains a Save Crystal and a blue Warp Crystal that takes the player to the first floor.

- Fifth Floor
- Sixth Floor
Consists only of a spiral stairway that leads to the Seventh Floor. There are no random encounters here.
- Seventh Floor
Contains a Save Crystal and a red Warp Crystal that takes the player to the first floor. Contains the quadrelemence barrier and four elemental keys required to dispel the barrier that seals the entrance to the Gate. There are no random encounters here.
There are two Warp Crystals on this floor that take the player to elemental chambers whose bosses must be defeated to remove the locks on the elemental keys. The green Warp Crystal on the left leads to the "Chamber of Wind and Earth", while the blue Warp Crystal on the right leads to the "Chamber of Fire and Water".
Once the quadrelemence barrier is dispelled, the player can then access the Gate area only before the events of Chapter 20.
In the Maxima version, a purple Gate leading to the Hidden Dungeon appears after clearing EX Dungeon Z.
- Chamber of Wind and Earth
A green-tinted chamber where the player can encounter 
Wind and 
Earth-themed Mirages. Tiamat and Asterius are encountered at the end of this area.
- Chamber of Fire and Water
A blue-tinted chamber where the player can encounter 
Fire and 
Water-themed Mirages. Kraken and Buer are encountered at the end of this area.

Behind the scenes[]
A simulacrum of the Crystal Tower's illusion of the Gate serves as the setting for the Maxima version exclusive Intervention Quest Angel in the Flower Field and the bonus dungeon ???. Areas of this dungeon are used in bonus dungeons: the First Floor appears as the last room of EX Dungeon B, the true version of the Gate appears as the last area in EX Dungeon Z, while the Chamber of Wind and Earth is used as the last floor of the "Wind route" in the Maxima version exclusive Hidden Dungeon.
