Crystal Ring

Crystal Ring (クリスタルリング, Kurisutaruringu?) is a recurring piece of armor and/or an accessory. It is part of the Crystal equipment set, and often provides resistances to statuses, notably Confuse, Sleep and Paralysis.

Appearances

Final Fantasy

Crystal Ring is a piece of armor that can be equipped by Knights, Ninjas and Masters. It provides 9 Defense, 1 Weight, 5 Agility, and resistances to Sleep and Paralyze. It can be found in the Lifespring Grotto.

Final Fantasy IV

Crystal Ring is a piece of armor that can be equipped by all characters except Dark Knight Cecil. It provides 20 Defense, 12 Magic Defense, 5 Evasion and 10 Magic Evasion, in addition to a +5 Agility, and resistances to Confuse, Sleep and Paralyze. The armor provides defense against dragons, taking only a quarter damage from them when equipped. It can be dropped by Red Dragon or Crystal Dragon.

Final Fantasy IV: The After Years

Crystal Ring provides 20 Defense, 12 Magic Defense, 5% Evasion, 10% Magic Evasion, +5 Speed, strong against dragon attacks, and resists Confuse and Sleep. It can be dropped by Red Dragon and Crystal Dragon.

Final Fantasy Type-0

Crystal Ring is an accessory which increases MP by 100%, doubling it. It is a Special Bounty for earning S-rank on Finis difficulty for "The Capture of Togoreth Stronghold" mission.
