Critical: Haste (ピンチにヘイスト, Pinchi ni Heisuto?, lit. Haste in a Pinch), also known as SOS Haste and Last Haste, is a recurring support ability in the Final Fantasy series. It generally grants the user the Haste status as long as they are in Critical HP status or below a certain threshold of their Max HP.

SOS Haste is an ability that can be found on dropped armor or customized onto an armor by using 20x Chocobo Feathers, which adds 20,000 gil to an armor's sell value.

SOS Haste is an ability that is accessible either through the Festivalist dressphere for Paine, by equipping a Haste Bangle, or by passing through all gates on the Highroad Winds Garment Grid. It keeps the Haste status on the user as long as their HP is below 33% of their Max HP.
