A sword with an entirely crimson blade from a faraway world. The tip of its blade curves slightly, and the intricate craftsmanship of its hilt and guard are hallmarks of its design. A young member of a rebel army used this blade in his battle against the Palamecian Empire that invaded his homeland.
Crimson Sword (レッドソード, Reddo Sōdo?), also known as Red Sword, is a recurring sword in the Final Fantasy series, exclusively used by Firion in his spin-off appearances, seemingly based on illustrations of Firion by Yoshitaka Amano for Final Fantasy II, though this sword is not a piece of equipment in that game.
