Corey Burton.
Corey Burton (born August 3rd, 1955) is an American voice actor. He is the voice of Kelk Ronso in Final Fantasy X and Tromell in Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2.

Background[]
Outside of the series, Burton is best known as an audio double of late actor Christopher Lee. He replaced Lee in roles such as Ansem in the Kingdom Hearts series and Count Dooku in the Star Wars franchise. He has also voiced numerous characters in multiple entries to the Transformers franchise.
Burton also voices promos for television commercials, including one for Final Fantasy XII.
