Complete Materia is a subset of materia in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. It is used to enhance characters' abilities or attributes without the need for pairing them with other materia.
The auto-ability complete materia can be paired with some Support Materia. The attribute-boosting materia have hard caps mentioned in their descriptions, even for materia where hitting the cap is not possible because only one materia exists per save file.
Many of the magic materia are carried over from Independent Materia in the original Final Fantasy VII and from the complete materia in Final Fantasy VII Remake.
