Coeurl Regina is an enemy from Final Fantasy IV: The After Years. It is fought in the Depths on floor B9 onwards, and counters all damage dealt to it with a physical attack. In addition, it likes to spam Thundaga on party members. It is not a difficult foe to defeat, but will generally be the last foe in a group to fall due to its high HP. When left alone, it will constantly use Blaster in an attempt to inflict Paralysis or Instant Death on a party member, at which point the player should defeat it quickly. It will also counter any damage on it with a powerful physical attack of its own.

The coeurl is a fictional alien race created by science-fiction writer A. E. van Vogt. Coeurls also appear in other fantastical environments, such as in Dungeons & Dragons (as "Displacer Beasts"). Coeurls are generally described to be feline with longer forelimbs and tentacles.
Regina is a Late Latin feminine name meaning "queen". Its diminutive is often Gina.
