Coernix Station - Alstor is a location in Duscae region in Final Fantasy XV. It is a small service station. In the Final Fantasy XV Episode Duscae demo, the party's car is under repairs by Cindy at the station, and the party must raise the funds to pay her before they can continue on their journey. In the full game, the party shops at the station at the start of Chapter 3 after opening the imperial blockade to get to Duscae. Noctis gets a call from Iris Amicitia, who has evacuated to Lestallum. Gladiolus wants to head there, but Prompto wants to go visit the local chocobo stables. The player can choose which request to appease.
There is a caravan on the grounds where the party can stay, a shop and a Crow's Nest Diner, a rent-a-bird and a petrol station for refueling the Regalia.

Coernix Station has a Crow's Nest Diner where the player can order food, play Justice Monsters Five, listen to the radio and talk to the tipster to unveil map icons and take on hunts (see below).

The shop is at the petrol station next to the Crow's Nest Diner. It sells fishing gear, but the prices are not affected by Noctis's fishing level the same way tackle shops' prices are. The shopkeeper is usually inside the station behind the counter, but early in the morning he is outside sweeping the grounds.

Dave is found at Coernix Station - Alstor, by the small building to the northeast. After talking to Dave, the player can ask about the quest from the tipster at the Crow's Nest. The Rusted Dog Tag is found in a field to the northwest of the Disc of Cauthess.
