Clear Mind is a trait in Final Fantasy XI and is available to multiple jobs. There are five levels of Clear Mind. With each step, the player gains +3 Healing MP per tick.
Starting off all players gain +10HP and +12MP per tick while healing between battles. Each subsequent tick this actually increase by +1 (so after the first tick it would be +11HP and +13MP).

- Clear Mind I - Starting at +15MP per tick - Black Mage 15, Blue Mage 24, Red Mage 31, Summoner 15, White Mage 20
- Clear Mind II - Starting at +18MP per tick - Black Mage 30, Blue Mage 46, Red Mage 53, Summoner 30, White Mage 35
- Clear Mind III - Starting at +21MP per tick - Black Mage 45, Blue Mage 61, Red Mage 75, Summoner 45, White Mage 50
- Clear Mind IV - Starting at +24MP per tick - Black Mage 60, Blue Mage 66, Summoner 60, White Mage 65
- Clear Mind V - Starting at +27MP per tick - Black Mage 75, Blue Mage 71, Summoner 70
