Cleansing Strike (乱命割殺打, Midare Meikatsu Satsuda?, lit. Chaotic Life-Severing Killing Strike, or 乱命活殺打, [missing rōmaji]?), also known as Split Punch, is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series.

Cleansing Strike is used by both Agrias and The Thunder God in The Orbonne Monastery. When used by Agrias, it pulls a random alliance into a pocket dimension and inflicts them with Doom.
When used by The Thunder God, all players will be inflicted with Doom and their HP reduced to 1.

Cleansing Strike is an ability learned by the Holy Knight, Rune Knight, and Sword Saint for 400 JP. It has a range of 3, no vertical reach, an effect of 1, and is used immediately upon selecting. It deals Holy-elemental damage and can inflict Doom to all targets it hits.

Cleansing Strike is an ability learned by Agrias at level 57 (4★), Meliadoul at level 15 (5★), Orlandeau at level 80 (5★), Steadfast Knight Agrias, and Sword Saint Orlandeau. It costs 16 MP and deals 3 hits of physical damage with a modifier of 3x using the unit's default attack and has a 30% chance of inflicting Confuse.
