Claudia Thorne is a non-player character in Final Fantasy XIV. She was the heiress in House Thorne. Claudia is Fortin's wife and Aldiytha Thorne's mother. Claudia passed away shortly after the birth of her daughter.
History[]
Claudia was the eldest daughter of House Thorne. Due to her frequent bouts of illness, she was rarely able to attend social functions held among the noble families of Ul'dah, but by pure chance, she was able to attend a Little Ladies' Day celebration, where she met Fortin and performed the Little Ladies' Dance for him. On that occasion Fortin offered to be her seneschal. Eventually they married and had a daughter, Aldiytha Thorne. However, due to her illness Claudia passed away shortly after Aldiytha's birth and never had the opportunity to pass on the tradition of the Little Ladies' Dance to her daughter.[1]

Claudia is a midlander hyur with long dark hair and blue eyes, looking reminiscent of her daughter. She wears a modified Oasis Tunic dyed light blue with a frilled long sleeved shirt underneath and a yellow slash. She wears Peach Blossom earrings, a white skirt, and open toed shoes.
Personality[]
Claudia had an illness that made her rarely attend events and made her constantly ill, she was eager to show people her dance, but became sad knowing that her condition makes it a health hazard for her.
