Circlet is found in the Sector 5 Slums stash as part of the "Corneo's Secret Stash" sidequest in Chapter 14, "In Search of Hope". After talking to Damon in the town, he will direct the party to the Angel of the Slums' hideout, where Mireille asks the party to find Kyrie. After talking to Johnny on the Sector 5 station about his missing wallet, the party can find Kyrie in the Sector 5 slums church where she hires Cloud to take her place in the Corneo Colosseum in "Tomboy Bandit". Returning after the victory scores the key to Corneo's stashes. The Sector 5 stash is located northeast of the Center District, just north of the Sam's Delivery Station point.

The accessory is good to equip on magic-focused character, like Cloud or Aerith. The player can get a superior result from a leveled up 
MP Up Materia and Magic Up Materia, but the player can also stack the bonuses.
