Zidane finds his first Chocograph.
Chocographs are rare stones in Final Fantasy IX that serve as "treasure maps". They guide the player to treasure chests that can only be found using Chocobos.
Chocographs are found by digging in the minigame Chocobo Hot and Cold played in Chocobo's Forest, Chocobo's Lagoon and Chocobo's Air Garden. There are 24 in total, and they appear randomly at dig sites. Treasure boxes found contain many rare items, and even transports Choco to Chocobo's Dream World, thus giving the Chocobo new abilities and a new color. If the treasure contains a Tetra Master card and the player's card quota is full, the card appears to have been discarded. However, if the player collects all chocograph treasures, they can reclaim the discarded cards from Fat Chocobo in Chocobo's Paradise.
