Chaos Lady is an enemy exclusive to the PSP version of Final Fantasy IV: The After Years. She is a rare enemy in Kain's Challenge Dungeon.
The Chaos Lady is not difficult to defeat, and has remarkably low HP for an exclusive enemy, usually dying in one hit. If left to be, she will attack in a pattern of Doom, Hex, Curse, Glare, and Cursed Elegy, and afterwards will repeat the pattern.
Killing Chaos Lady will guarantee to reward one of her item drops.

Chaos refers to the void state preceding the creation of the universe in Greek creation myths, or to the initial "gap" created by the original separation of heaven and earth. Chaos also refers to a state of disorder, disharmony, dissonance, lawlessness, and unpredictability.
