Celie is non-player character in Final Fantasy XIV. She is an antagonist of the Astrologian quests.
History[]
Celie is a resident of Sharlayan that works alongside Sevestre Albright, probably an accomplice of his crimes. She was sent by him to find and capture Leveva Byrde and bring her back to Sharlayan to be judged and executed. To accomplish this, she disguised herself as a pirate captain and as temple knight and attempted repeated times to capture Leveva. She ended meeting her death during a fight against the Warrior Of Light

Celie is a Duskwight Elezen with white long hair and white marks around her eyes. She is dressed with a purple pirate jacket with long grey sleeves and long white boots.
Personality[]
Celie seems someone very cunning and manipulative as she was able to use convincing disguises in her mission to capture Leveva.
Gameplay[]
Celie is fought in the Astrologian Job Quest
